Positive Investments Corporate Website

I led a 4-month project with Positive Investments to digitally market their smaller properties, which previously lacked an online presence. Collaborating with a designer, you created two custom pages, including a "Who We Serve" page that highlighted and compared different property types (senior, affordable, multifamily). The main challenge was balancing brand consistency with accurate and effective property representation.
Fore: Site Maps and Floor Plates

I worked with several clients to create floor plate and site map assets for interactive property maps. By collaborating with clients and designers, I ensured these assets matched the clients branding preferences and accurately represented each community, enhancing website engagement and driving leads.
Sellers Management Corporate Site
SEPTEMBER - NOVEMBER 2024
I helped Sellers Management create a corporate website to showcase their 50+ property portfolio in Utah. Using their distinct brand identity, we designed a homepage and custom pages including About Us, Our Services, and Careers to effectively tell their story.
2024 Asana Queue 2nd Place Task Completion Award

In 2024, I earned second place for completing the largest number of client requests through the Asana project management platform within our 20+ member team, while also becoming an Asana Ambassador.
Clarion Management Corporate Website
MARCH - JUNE 2024
For this project, I collaborated with Clarion Management, Inc. to build their corporate website. As the project manager, I worked closely with a designer on our team to oversee the design and implementation of the site, ensuring that the client’s needs were met throughout the process.
Sunroad Management: VIVE Collection CLO Website
APRIL - JUNE 2024
For this project, I collaborated with Sunroad Asset Management to merge three child property websites into one newly branded parent site (CLO website). This project challenged me to think creatively and critically as I customized our framework to suit the client’s needs.
Positive Investments 15+ Property Website Rollout
MAY - AUGUST 2024
I managed a large-scale website rollout, overseeing the design, implementation, and publishing of over 15 websites. I collaborated closely with a Search Marketing Specialist to add content to the sites and to ensure they were published in a timely manner.
Additional SEO Site Builds
One aspect of my job inolves working with several property management companies to create websites for new acquisitions. These projects are completed on accelerated timelines to ensure our SEO team can start collecting data and strategizing for optimal website performance. With these websites, I work hand in hand with both the client and the search marketing specialist to build the site and produce the content.
